I'm an HR professional with an MBA from the University of Arizona's Eller College of Management, a Bachelor's in Business Administration with an HR concentration from NC State, and a SHRM-CP certification. My background combines hands-on retail HR experience at Target with operations and administrative management in hospitality.

At Target, I supported day-to-day HR operations across three high-volume stores — partnering with leadership on staffing and scheduling, assisting with full-cycle recruiting during peak hiring periods, and helping team members and leaders navigate workplace questions, onboarding, and engagement programs.

I completed my MBA while working full-time, including six months of study living in London. Throughout the program I built hands-on proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for research, data analysis, and workflow support — an interest I've carried into HR, where I see real opportunity to use AI to make processes more efficient and people-focused.

I'm currently seeking an HR generalist or entry-level leadership role in the Research Triangle, where I can continue building practical experience and contribute to efficient, people-focused operations.
